Always keeps you protected After having twin boys we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to move a little sooner than we had planned so we were a little nervous about it. We met with Sandy and felt that we could trust her to help us make this move. Our original timeline was for 4 months down the road, but when we put our condo on the market the second person that came through made a good offer with a 30 day close, with young kids we knew we couldn’t accept the offer without a place to go. Sandy showed us the perfect property and it was vacant but we still needed to make sure that both deals came together, Sandy made sure that we were well protected on both sides so that we wouldn’t be stuck with two homes or worse, with no home at all. I would highly recommend Sandy My wife had the pleasure of purchasing a home with Sandy several years ago. No issues to speak of. Sandy took the time to take her to several homes and discuss advantages/disadvantages based on her budget and willingness to spend - or not. Turns out she led my wife in the right direction. The same wife (!) and I were in a cottage country a couple years ago and we decided to purchase some property. We called Sandy with no warning on that Saturday afternoon and she dropped everything to help us out. She asked pertinent questions that needed to be asked (and we were unaware of) and helped us seal the deal. She's maintained the relationship with us even though we are not ready to sell or buy @ this point in time.I would highly recommend Sandy and have trouble understanding some of the other negative reviews. Doesn't sound like her.(and when we sell our house, I would most definitely want a log of who came to visit as well as follow up to see if that person was interested or not and why, be it curb appeal, price, name it as it's a fairly important time!!! ).
